Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a talented professional to join our customer-facing function, delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.

About the Role

In this key position, you will play a vital role in supporting all transactional tasks of the Order-to-Cash Process, ensuring the success of our business.

  • Deliver extraordinary customer service by ensuring each customer becomes a promoter of our company.
  • Create a network with support functions and act in accordance with our values to meet our objective.
  • Order Management: Enter paper/fax customer purchase orders into our order management system.
  • Quotations: Receive inbound quotation requests from customers and sales, generate standard quotes using our system, and send quotes via email.
  • Backlog Management: Work with Material Planners and controllers to manage and cater to customer requests on better delivery dates.
