As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional voice support to our US-based customers while working closely with regional stakeholders in our office in India. This role requires working exclusively in night shifts, US Time Zone, and Voice Support.

  • You will handle inbound calls from US customers, addressing their queries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  • You will navigate cultural differences and potential language barriers with tact and understanding.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services.

This position requires excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to understand and work with various accents, particularly American accents.

  • You should have 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a voice support role.
  • You should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • You should have an engineering or technical qualification.
  • You should be patient and empathetic in your approach to customer service.
