Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with clients regularly through phone calls, emails, or meetings to understand their needs.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions with the internal team and clients to provide innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for ongoing projects, proofread, and cross-check assignments before sending them to clients.
  • Implement effective strategies to keep clients engaged and provide value-added services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional communication and providing prompt service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company.
  • Keep senior management updated and informed when needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduation from any discipline.
  • Prior experience in client servicing, preferably in an advertising agency.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the industry.
