We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead lead generation, product presentations, and CRM management initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of ERP and CRM software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking efforts.
- Product Presentation: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead conversion tracking.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, driving satisfaction and exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development, specifically in lead generation and product presentations.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP and CRM software systems, preferably including Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
