About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to identify, approach, and convert potential vendors through various channels such as email, phone, website, and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating terms including pricing, shipping, and other key factors to ensure successful onboarding. They will also work closely with the e-commerce team to generate sales and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • UPC Checking: Verify and cross-reference UPC codes with corresponding ASINs to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to obtain accurate product information and resolve discrepancies related to product listings.
  • Catalog Hygiene: Conduct regular audits of product listings on all marketplaces to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update the product database, ensuring all information is complete and correct.
  • Marketplace Coordination: Work with marketplace teams to implement best practices for catalog management and optimize product visibility.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics related to catalog performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align catalog initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on catalog health, issues, and resolutions to management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
