Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth and expansion of a specific product department within our Mumbai office.

This involves developing strong relationships with various financial institutions, including banks, financial institutions, non-banking finance companies, asset reconstruction companies, and private equity firms.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining mandates from these entities for products earmarked for specific regions. This will involve working closely with vertical heads to finalize commercial terms and coordinating with execution teams to ensure timely mandate execution.

  1. Develop a network of key contacts within the target financial institutions.
  2. Build strong relationships with decision-makers to identify potential business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients.
  4. Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the mandate execution process.
  5. Act as a single point of contact for clients, providing them with timely updates and support.

In addition to driving business growth, the successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting market analysis and staying up-to-date on current market trends. This will enable them to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Achieving targets and delivering results will be critical to the success of this role. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with internal teams to set and achieve goals, while also identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
