The Role

As a Sales Development Representative - Real Estate, you will be responsible for generating leads and building client relationships to drive sales growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies via cold calling, emailing, and other activities.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, ensuring all leads are well-suited for our sales teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to hand over qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and update our lead generation database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative roles, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
