Real Estate Business Development Manager

The Role
As a Sales Development Representative - Real Estate, you will be responsible for generating leads and building client relationships to drive sales growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies via cold calling, emailing, and other activities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, ensuring all leads are well-suited for our sales teams.
- Collaborate with the sales teams to hand over qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain and update our lead generation database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Development Representative roles, preferably in Real Estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
