Real Estate Client Manager

The CRM Real Estate position at PropKarmaa is a key role within our organization responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with real estate clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This role plays a pivotal part in driving business growth, client retention, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM software to maintain and analyze real estate client data, ensuring seamless communication and effective relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and satisfaction, driving long-term business growth and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for real estate clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closings, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of real estate contracts and leasing agreements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to facilitate smooth transactions, driving business growth and profitability.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities, staying ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations, ensuring compliance and staying ahead of the competition.
- Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, CRM, or client management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to client management, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
