About the Role:

As a CRM Real Estate professional at PropKarmaa, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, client retention, and overall profitability. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing CRM software to maintain and analyze real estate client data, developing and implementing strategies to enhance client experience and satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact for real estate clients addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software to maintain and analyze real estate client data.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for real estate clients addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Transaction Coordination: Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closings.
  • Contract Preparation: Assist in the preparation of real estate contracts and leasing agreements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with real estate agents and brokers to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Client Feedback: Handle client feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales, CRM, or client management.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, good negotiation and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented and organized approach to client management, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic real estate environment.
