Job Summary

The role of an Assistant Manager Human Resources encompasses the entire human resources lifecycle. This includes managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management, collaboration with department heads, utilization of job portals and referrals to attract high-quality talent, maintaining a dynamic talent pool, pre-onboarding, and induction processes.
  • Learning & Development (L&D): Training needs analysis, planning, scheduling, and implementing internal and external training programs, tracking effectiveness, mandatory training programs management.
  • HR Operations: Accurate employee records maintenance, documentation handling, payroll inputs oversight, attendance tracking, leave management, statutory compliance support, employee grievances handling, policy queries, and HR helpdesk responsibilities.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Employee engagement initiatives planning, internal communications support, employee well-being championing, annual employee feedback surveys driving, HR branding, and internal campaigns support.
  • HR Policies, Systems & Compliance: Company policies and labor laws compliance assurance, employee handbook, code of conduct, and HR SOPs maintenance and updates, contribution to HR audits, ISO compliance, and documentation.
