">We are currently seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Southern region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence for our CAE solutions.

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets;">
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients in Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Manufacturing sectors;">
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiate sales to meet targets;">
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer support and satisfaction;">
- Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management.">
Qualifications
">The successful candidate must have:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in CAE sales (ANSYS, SolidWorks);">
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA is preferred;">
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.">
Compensation Package
">The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,800,000 - ₹4,000,000, depending on experience.
