
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. This role involves building relationships with students, providing guidance on program details, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Demo Calls: Engage with prospective students to showcase our certification programs.
- Build Trust and Provide Guidance: Offer expert advice on program enrollment, next steps, and student support.
- Student Inquiries and Onboarding: Respond promptly to student inquiries and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
- Ongoing Communication: Maintain regular contact with students to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets and provide valuable insights through reports.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
- Skills: Excellent English communication skills, confident presentation skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
