
Business Development Manager

This role is perfect for professionals with a proven track record of selling franchise units, and who possess exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
As a Regional Franchise Sales Expert, you will be responsible for strategically representing and selling franchise opportunities from national and regional brands across multiple industries, including Food & Beverage, Education & Training, Retail, Wellness, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify best-fit franchise models tailored to the investment and business goals of entrepreneurs.
- Facilitate negotiations and close franchise deals virtually without travel.
- Build long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep sales reports using Microsoft Excel and collaborate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years in franchise sales with 20+ franchises sold.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; plus proficiency in regional languages depending on the market.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields preferred.
