Commercial Business Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Results-Driven Focus: Maintain flexibility and focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Expansion: Identify new opportunities and help scale the business.
Required Skills and Expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil, construction, or architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, construction sales, preferably in B2B or partnership management.
  • Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals.
  • Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning.
  • Drive strategic growth with full ownership of partnership development.
  • Good relationship building skills with a solid data-driven approach.
  • Kannada speaking is mandatory.
