Business Development Liaison

Job Profile:
A customer liaison is a professional accountable for fostering and maintaining robust connections with clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders to drive business expansion and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Select, manage, and cultivate a network of sales representatives for insurance products
- Nurture strong relationships with intermediaries, comprehend their needs, and drive business through them
- Furnish ongoing training, support, and mentoring to sales representatives to assist them in achieving sales targets and enhancing their skills
- E nsure timely policy renewals, resolve client complaints, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in insurance sales, preferably in motor or health insurance
- Established track record of working with sales representatives/agency channel
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and sales representatives
