We are seeking a seasoned RPA platform administrator to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have at least 4-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining RPA platforms, preferably Automation Anywhere A360.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Administration: Install, configure, and manage the RPA platform, including model deployments, bot health monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve complex technical issues related to RPA environments, third-party application integrations, and SQL databases.
  • Incident Management: Work with ITIL principles to identify, document, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Change Management: Coordinate with teams to implement changes, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Problem Management: Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
Required Skills:
  • RPA Platform Administration: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing RPA platforms, preferably Automation Anywhere A360.
  • Virtualization/Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Azure/GCP/AWS in conjunction with RPA.
  • ITIL Practices: Solid understanding of ITIL practices and service management principles.
  • Windows Server Administration: Proficiency in Windows Server (Wintel) administration.
  • Networking and Security: Working knowledge of networking and firewall configurations, as well as enterprise security and credential management.
Nice to Have:
  • Transformational RPA Initiatives: Experience in transformational RPA initiatives and customer solutioning.
  • Enterprise Security: Exposure to enterprise security, credential management, and integration with Active Directory.
