Lead RPA Development and Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead RPA Development and Implementation Specialist to lead our team in the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, ensuring that the design and implementation of RPA solutions align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, maintainable, and compliant RPA bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks.
  • Design and develop RPA workflows to ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to RPA developers and analysts.
  • Oversee project management, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.
  • Conduct process assessments to analyze business requirements and identify processes suitable for automation.
  • Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure integration and seamless functionality across systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues and performance-related problems to maintain business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.
  • Expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management.
  • Strong programming skills in VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
