Required Qualifications :

5+ years of total experience in RPA development, including :

- 3+ years hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere (v11.x and/or A360)

- Prior experience developing in UiPath or other RPA platforms is a plus.

- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, Control Room, Bot Runner/Bot Creator

configurations.

- Expertise in building attended and unattended bots.

- Advanced knowledge of Automation Anywhere features : Workload Management,

MetaBots/Reusable components, IQ Bot (nice to have).

- Good experience integrating bots with APIs, databases (SQL), and enterprise systems (ERP,

CRM, etc.).

- Strong understanding of process reengineering, optimization, and automation design

patterns.

- Experience with scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, Python, etc.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient RPA solutions primarily using UiPath, while

also leveraging expertise in Automation Anywhere (v11.x and/or A360).

- Build and maintain both attended and unattended bots to automate complex business

processes.

- Possess a strong understanding of core RPA architecture, including Control Room, Bot

Runner, and Bot Creator configurations across leading platforms.

- Apply advanced knowledge of Automation Anywhere features such as Workload Management, MetaBots/Reusable components, and contribute to IQ Bot initiatives (nice to have).

- Integrate RPA bots seamlessly with various enterprise systems, including APIs, databases

(SQL), ERPs, CRMs, and other business applications.

- Apply a strong understanding of process reengineering, optimization techniques, and

automation design patterns to deliver efficient and resilient automation solutions.

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and define optimal

automation strategies.

- Utilize scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, Python, etc., to enhance RPA bot

functionalities and integrations.

- Work proficiently with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) to manage code

repositories and collaborate effectively.

- Conduct thorough testing of developed RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and

performance.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed bots.

- Collaborate effectively with business analysts, solution architects, and other development

teams.

- Document development processes, design decisions, and solution architectures clearly and concisely.
