We're Hiring: RPA Platform Engineer (Contract Role – Non-Developer)

Locations: Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad

Experience: 4–8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Employment Type: Contract

Are you an expert in UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere with strong platform administration and infrastructure experience? Join the Office of Intelligent Automation (OIA) at Evernorth in a contract role supporting and scaling mission-critical RPA platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain RPA platforms (UiPath on-prem/cloud).
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of RPA systems.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and enforce best practices.
  • Set up and maintain UiPath environments; define and manage infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate on automation design and review Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
  • Oversee UAT and production deployments.
  • Provide guidance to developers and ensure compliance with platform standards.
  • Troubleshoot platform-level issues, including performance bottlenecks and bugs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with RPA platforms : primarily UiPath , but familiarity with Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  • Knowledge of cloud ecosystems and infrastructure technologies (AWS/Azure preferred).
  • Exposure to infrastructure setup: application servers, credential vaults, network requirements, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in scripting or system programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, C/C++).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience supporting RPA platforms.
  • UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification or Diploma is mandatory.
