Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days WFO, 2 Days WAH)

Role Overview:

As an RPA Platform Support Engineer, you will be a key member of the RPA delivery team within the Office of Intelligent Automation (OIA). You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing RPA platforms, primarily UiPath, and supporting automation deployments across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of the UiPath platform (on-prem/cloud).
  • Define and implement CI/CD best practices and pipelines.
  • Assist in designing automation solutions and creating Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
  • Set up UiPath environments and communicate infrastructure requirements.
  • Support UAT and production deployments.
  • Review vendor SDDs and provide technical oversight.
  • Provide guidance to RPA developers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and identify performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

  • UiPath Infrastructure Engineer Certification or Diploma
  • Experience supporting RPA platforms (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong CI/CD experience
  • Cloud ecosystem experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Pega OpenSpan
  • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, cloud platforms, credential management)
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC
  • Object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Experience with system-level programming languages (PowerShell, C/C++, Python, Rust)

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
