Job Description:

A high-profile position is available for an experienced Enterprise/Solution Architect to spearhead the development and maintenance of our enterprise architecture vision and strategy. This role focuses on creating scalable, secure, and efficient architectural frameworks within the Salesforce ecosystem. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and provide technical leadership on key platforms.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and update architectural roadmaps guiding the evolution of IT systems and capabilities.
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and frameworks.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable solutions to support business growth and performance.
  • Develop and maintain logical, physical, and conceptual data models to meet business needs.
  • Enforce data standards, governance policies, and metadata structures for improved data usability.
  • Contribute to overall program vision and provide guidance on enabling technologies.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with 12 to 17 years of relevant experience. A strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud/Health Cloud in a call center environment is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with system integration and IT infrastructure, as well as proven ability to align business requirements with technical solutions in regulated environments.
