Job Title: RPA Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA automation specialist to join our team. As an RPA automation specialist, you will play a key role in designing and developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing Client Needs: You will analyze the needs of our clients and develop RPA solutions that meet those needs.
  • RPA Solution Design and Development: You will design and develop RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
  • UiPath Implementation: You will design, build, and implement RPA systems using the UiPath platform.
  • Blue Prism Configuration: You will configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Automation Process Development: You will develop and configure automation processes as per defined requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that the RPA solutions are well-integrated into the business processes.
  • Problem-Solving: You will identify and resolve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of Blue Prism processes, providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Project Planning: You will work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Test Procedures: You will create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
  • Support and Training: You will support the operational teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
