Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in the world of business process automation. You will work closely with our Operations Teams to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using Blue Prism.

  • Design and develop automation solutions that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Work closely with Process Owners and Business stakeholders to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.
  • Develop and implement custom actions/re-usable codes in Blue Prism using C and VB.Net.
  • Support the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
Key Responsibilities

As an Automation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated.
  • Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail.
  • Converting requirements to automation-specific design and solutions documents.
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the UAT phases.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of development and support on RPA tool (Blue Prism preferred).
  • Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (C#, VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, APIs, Web Services).
  • Willingness and ability to use their existing RPA knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automations using Blue Prism.
