Job Title: Robust Automation Specialist

Seeking an accomplished Robust Automation Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions across various business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities and define solution scope.
  • Design and develop modular components for automation workflows to reduce redundancy.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure automated processes meet requirements.
  • Deploy and maintain RPA bots in production environments.
  • Provide ongoing support and fine-tune automation processes for optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in RPA development and automation solution delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
  • Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., REST APIs, web services, databases).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript) and SQL for querying databases.
