As a highly skilled RPA Developer, you will play a vital role in our organization by designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Analyzing client needs and developing RPA solutions to meet those needs through meticulous research and analysis.
  • Designing and developing RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
  • Implementing RPA systems using the UiPath platform to streamline business processes.
  • Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles for efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy-to-understand solutions.
  • Developing and configuring automation processes as per defined requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions into business processes.
  • Troubleshooting issues arising in day-to-day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Working within project planning constraints and communicating identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly.
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
  • Supporting operational teams during UAT and rollout phases.

  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies, including UiPath and Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or C#.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
