Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee leaves, including continuous, intermittent, and workers' compensation leaves.
- Process military leaves and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests.
- Provide confirmation of hours and earnings for employees on leave.
- Complete state leave forms and respond to inquiries from vendors in the USA and Canada.
- Work with employers to provide statements and follow up on inquiries from STD/LTD vendors.
- Process disability claims, including STD, LTD, basic life insurance, and optional life insurance.
- Calculate deductions in arrears and create billing letters for employees on leave.
- Experience working with employee benefits, leaves, and compensation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including employees, employers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in state leave forms and FMLA regulations.
- Knowledge of disability claims and compensation laws.
