Welcome to Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad - A85. We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our Benefits Center team.

About the Role

The Benefits Administrator is a subject matter expert who specializes in benefits, including H&W, additional life benefits, retirement, and stock. This role is responsible for assisting internal customers (employees) with benefit inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions, and escalating unresolved issues to the Tier 2 team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist internal customers with benefit inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Elevate unresolved issues to the Tier 2 team as needed.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of benefits, including H&W, additional life benefits, retirement, and stock.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to resolve complex benefit issues.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in Benefits and/or Human Resources role or Contact center environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced college education in a related field.
  • Experience working within a global organization.
