Strategic Partnerships Manager - Health Benefits Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at ekincare, a pioneering health benefits platform in India. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our portfolio of strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Acquire New Partnerships:
- Research and identify potential partners that align with our business objectives.
- Develop a strategic approach to engage and attract new partners.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Foster strong relationships with current and potential partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with partners.
- Ensure Health and Growth of Partnerships:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships.
- Develop strategies to enhance the health and growth of partnerships.
- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.
- Develop and Execute Partnership Programs:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership programs.
- Create and manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative projects.
- Track and Report Key Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
- Regularly track and report on the performance of partnerships against established KPIs.
ekincare is a Series B funded startup revolutionizing the corporate health benefits market in South East Asia. We offer a predictive and personalized platform that helps employers administer health benefits efficiently, reducing healthcare costs by 20% and increasing employee engagement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Rupees 1,200,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience), plus additional perks and benefits.
