About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team at ekincare, a pioneering health benefits platform in India. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our portfolio of strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and Acquire New Partnerships:
    • Research and identify potential partners that align with our business objectives.
    • Develop a strategic approach to engage and attract new partners.
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships:
    • Foster strong relationships with current and potential partners.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with partners.
  3. Ensure Health and Growth of Partnerships:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships.
    • Develop strategies to enhance the health and growth of partnerships.
    • Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success.
  4. Develop and Execute Partnership Programs:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership programs.
    • Create and manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative projects.
  5. Track and Report Key Metrics:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships.
    • Regularly track and report on the performance of partnerships against established KPIs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Estimated Salary

Rupees 1,200,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience), plus additional perks and benefits.
