Role Overview:

CAW Studios Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned Software Sales and Partnership Manager to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software development, engineering, and quality assurance processes. As the key liaison between CAW Studios and technology partners, this individual will be responsible for identifying business prospects, forming partnerships, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to progress client opportunities and drive revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Provide use case inputs across a portfolio of Quality Assurance, DevOps, Data, and Digital Engineering Services.
  • Serve as CAW Studios' sales-focused liaison to technology partners globally.
  • Influence client technology adoption agendas to achieve increased adoption of technology partners' products, platforms, and offerings.
  • Advocate for CAW Studios with technology partners' company leadership in India and explore new opportunities to scale within their ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Pre-Sales on Demand Generation Campaigns and Capacity/Expertise development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in IT Services, Staff Augmentation, Test Automation sales, and/or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and partnerships goals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the technology industry, with a solid understanding of software development, engineering, and quality assurance processes.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Great customer service and trust/relationship-building skills.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach to work.
