Key Responsibilities

  • Elevate our growth trajectory by forging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the fintech and financial services sectors.
  • Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related activities.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process with partners, ensuring agreements are aligned with our business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of partnership initiatives.
  • Drive the In-house Vehicle finance Sales Vertical, exploring innovative fintech solutions to enhance our product offerings and customer experience.
  • Contribute to cross-functional efforts supporting partnership launches and ongoing management.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance, including key metrics and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.


  • Deep understanding of personal loans, credit cards, vehicle finance, home loans, business loans, and other financial products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
