At Conduent Business Services, we're seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Services Analyst II to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in benefits administration and contribute to the success of our clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Execute established benefits processes and seek guidance from senior analysts as needed.
  • Research and resolve intermediate participant issues related to eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery.
  • Triage system issues to ensure adherence to requirements and document findings.
  • Conduct peer reviews of work completed by colleagues to maintain quality standards.
  • Interface with external client contacts to address day-to-day benefit inquiries and provide clear guidance.
  • Review benefit reports, determine necessary actions, and communicate direction to team members.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance system and process efficiencies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with all policies and standards.
