Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with our partners.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase wallet share and drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the branch management team to achieve pre-set business targets and KPIs.
  • Work jointly with the channel partner to identify opportunities and drive joint sales calls.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Relationship Management is key to this role, and we require someone who can effectively manage multiple relationships simultaneously while ensuring responsiveness to our partners' needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster trust and credibility.
  • Provide timely support and resolve pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enhance persistency ratio and improve customer engagement.

As part of this role, you will also be responsible for adhering to compliance standards, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely reports to supervisors.

  • Adhere to industry-specific regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • Product/Subject matter expertise: You should have a deep understanding of insurance products and their applications.
  • Business perspective & planning: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Finance / Insurance industry awareness: Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Self management: Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Problem solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
