Business Growth Leader Job Summary
  • We seek a dedicated Business Growth Leader to spearhead our disbursement goals with minimal delinquency.
  • The ideal candidate will identify Joint liability Groups & disbursed loans, matching target customers and geographies for maximum impact.
  • This role entails developing and managing teams across assigned territories to drive deeper market penetration and reach.
  • Key responsibilities include assessing potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • Achieve daily / weekly collections targets through effective disbursement, repayment and delinquency management.
  • Closely monitor disbursed loans, particularly those not paying on time, to maintain high portfolio quality.
  • Regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicant interactions are essential for this role.
  • Track & control Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds to ensure a strong financial foundation.
  • Foster strong relationships both internally and externally, promoting brand identification with potential customers.
  • Regular meetings and centre visits are crucial for success in this position.
  • a minimum of 5yrs exp as a sales officer in microfinance business is required. Basic understanding about Microfinance business and JLG model working would be an asset.
  • Key skills include relationship management, business sourcing, flair for sales, and critical customer service attributes.
