About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as prospect for new clients through various channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven performance.
