Senior Client Solutions Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive growth and expansion within our client accounts.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions, while also building strong relationships with our clients.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Client Solutions Manager at Tatvic, you will play a critical role in expanding our client relationships and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility 1: Account Expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts through the provision of additional solutions and services.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Responsibility 2: Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from CMOs to project managers.
- Navigate internal client hierarchies to generate superior relationships and influence.
- Responsibility 3: Solution Presentation
- Create compelling solution presentations that align with client strategic challenges.
- Ability to make customers agree to proposed solutions and inspire behavioral change.
- Responsibility 4: Project Management
- Lead project teams to ensure effective project management practices for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop communication plans that enable stakeholder management.
- Manage client expectations and escalations.
- Previous account management experience.
- Articulate and well-acclimated to client-facing roles.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
