Senior Sales Professional for Quicket Solutions

Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Quicket Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leveraging your extensive knowledge of government procurement processes, regulations, and tender contracts to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.
- Identifying and evaluating market trends, competitor activity, and government initiatives to develop a deep understanding of the government sector landscape.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within government agencies.
- Understanding client needs, assessing requirements, and tailoring our SaaS solutions to meet the specific challenges and goals of government clients.
- Collaborating with our product and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address the unique needs of government agencies.
- Leading negotiations and contract discussions to secure government contracts and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in government sector sales, Tendering including government tender contract liaison, direct sales, and negotiation.
- Strong network of contacts within the government sector.
- Should have sound knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, with a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
- Willingness to travel as required pan India.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹22,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
