About this Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual actual financial closes process.
  • Meet reporting deadlines and provide explanations for any variations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
  • Develop and publish management reports outlining key indicators and metrics, and provide comprehensive variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing financial presentations for senior management.
  • Contribute to team collaboration, creative thinking, and solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Support statutory audit and ad-hoc requests.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

  • Finance professional with a minimum of one year of work experience in finance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking ability and good team player.
  • Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to processes.
  • Action-oriented, demonstrates self-awareness, and self-development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Qualified chartered accountant/MBA in finance with 2 years of experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and US GAAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • System knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management.
  • Power BI or related presentation tools.
