Job Title:

A skilled Oracle EBS Finance Specialist is needed to implement, configure and support the Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify financial process requirements from finance teams and business users, and analyze them to design effective solutions.
  • Configure Oracle EBS Financial modules to meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and execute functional and integration testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Train users on the system and provide in-depth documentation, including user manuals and guides.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom solution development and system integrations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and business processes, and identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong functional experience with Oracle EBS Financials (R12 preferred).
  • In-depth understanding of finance business processes, including accounting, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, MS in IT/Finance) is highly valued.
