Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Finance Functional Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Financial modules, including AR, AP, GL, FA, and India Localization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules, ensuring seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage day-to-day incident resolution and service requests using platforms like ServiceNow, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and reproduce issues in test environments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DBA, Technical, and Global Support teams, to coordinate solutions and drive business results.
  • Support Month-End and Year-End Closure activities to ensure accurate financial period closing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform GL reconciliation between multiple instances, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and implement configuration changes, setups, and minor customizations to meet business requirements, leveraging expertise in EBS functional setups and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional experience, with deep expertise in AP, AR, GL, FA, and India Tax (GST/TDS) modules.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in financial accounting principles and period closure processes.
  • Experience with incident management tools such as ServiceNow, with ability to analyze, document, and test business requirements.
  • Proven track record of coordinating with Oracle for issue resolution, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with ability to adapt to changing business needs.
