Business Finance Manager Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented finance expert to join our team, focused on shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.

This role will play a key part in optimizing pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments, monitoring MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability, and working closely with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.

The responsibilities entrusted to you:

Pricing & Revenue Optimization
  • Design and implement effective pricing strategies for merchant acquiring and digital payments.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost factors, to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Collaborate with product and business teams to assess pricing for new products or services.
Revenue Leakage Identification & Recovery
  • Analyze transaction-level data to identify potential revenue leakages, mismatches, and undercharges.
  • Support the implementation of controls and fixes to plug revenue leakages across systems and merchant billing.
Business Partnering
  • Act as a finance partner to product, engineering, sales, and operations teams on pricing and profitability.
  • Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Create dashboards and models to track pricing health, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics.
  • Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows).
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modeling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
