Role: Finance Business Partner- Manager
Experience: 6-10 Years
CTC: 18-24 LPA
Qualification: CA/ICWA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
The ideal candidates will have experience in Management Accounting, Month-End Closing and reporting, Financial reporting, P&L Analysis, preparing dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Leadership Support: Assist the Finance Director in all financial matters including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, business planning, and ad hoc requests.
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing commercial and financial decision support, challenging profitability, and driving performance improvements.
- Investment & Cost Management: Support the creation and tracking of investment business cases, monitor cost savings, and maintain service-based recoveries.
- Reporting & Presentations: Prepare clear, concise financial presentations including QPR, business plans, dashboards, and waterfall charts.
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and systems to enhance data accuracy and support decision-making.
- Performance Improvement: Collaborate with divisional finance teams and operational managers to identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and ensure compliance with group standards.
Key Skills & Requirements
Essential:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to provide analytical insights to drive change and improve efficiency.
- High accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of customer drivers to optimize pricing, cash, and margin.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, text manipulation, data validation) and proficiency in MS Office.
Desirable:
- Experience in service sector organizations.
- Familiarity with SAP and other financial tools.
