We are seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team Leader to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the S&OP function, driving strategic planning initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of operational plans.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement S&OP strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on S&OP processes
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation
