Job Description

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions.

You will coordinate effectively with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Additionally, you will manage student onboarding inventory, school readiness, and prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for performance monitoring.

You will also draft and circulate professional emails, notices, and communication updates.

Lastly, you will assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions.
  • Coordinate effectively with sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Manage student onboarding inventory, school readiness.
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for performance monitoring.
  • Draft and circulate professional emails, notices, and communication updates.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to create and maintain dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong ability in email drafting and professional correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
