Job Title: Senior Commercial StrategistOverview

The role of Senior Commercial Strategist is critical in shaping and driving the company's base metals strategy in India.

This position involves leading trade commercials, including sales and purchase, to drive business growth. It also entails developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising a business strategy to achieve a leading position in the Indian base metal industry. This includes building and nurturing a team of professionals who share similar goals and objectives.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Senior Commercial Strategist will lead the development of organizational infrastructure to support phased growth journey from an initial two-year trading focus to the eventual establishment of manufacturing operations across the base metals value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Heading trade commercials, including sales and purchase
  • Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies (hedging across exchanges)
  • Devising business strategy to achieve a leading position in the Indian base metal industry
