We're Hiring: Demand/Supply Planner (Remote)

Location: Remote | Time Zone: US-based training + Global Collaboration

Department: Supply Chain / Operations

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager / Head of Planning

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, forecasting, and supply chain optimization? We're looking for a Demand/Supply Planner to join our global team and help drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution.

This role is a key contributor to our S&OP process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans support our strategic business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, suppliers) to align supply and demand
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Leverage ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis) to create data-driven, actionable plans
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
