Key Responsibilities- C customer Engagement:
- You will connect with prospective customers daily via phone and email to establish strong relationships.
- You will set up and coordinate calls with prospects and partners, ensuring seamless communication.
- You will draft and reply to customer emails, ensuring fast and professional communication.
- Pipeline Management:
- You will update and maintain CRM systems daily with all prospective clients and lead activity.
- You will perform daily hygiene checks to ensure data accuracy.
- You will track and review daily lead-gen numbers to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Sales Operations:
- You will take detailed notes during meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups.
- You will support weekly progress meetings, tracking performance against goals.
- You will draft and review agreements, proposals, and contracts.
- Marketing:
- You will assist in writing and posting content to boost the company's brand.
- You will review contracts and agreements daily to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Proactive, driven, and eager to learn SaaS sales from the ground up.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
