Sales Leader

">Overview:">

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive our IT services sales in India, with a focus on global capability centers (GCCs) in major metro cities.

">About the Role:">

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who excels at building relationships, closing complex deals, and growing enterprise accounts.

">Responsibilities:">

- Drive new business opportunities and expand our presence in India, especially within GCCs.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Work closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure high-quality, timely project execution.
- Formulate and execute strategic account development and growth plans.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Keep a sharp eye on market trends, client needs, and competitive offerings.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

">Requirements:">

10–20 years of experience in selling IT services, with proven success in India/APAC markets.
- Deep understanding of GCC ecosystem in India and enterprise IT buying behavior.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and sell tailored IT solutions at a strategic level.
- Experience managing large accounts and navigating complex deal structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with offshore delivery models.
- Prior exposure to India/UAE/Australia/Singapore markets is a strong plus.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent. MBA is an added advantage.
