A visionary leader is required to spearhead our recruitment efforts in the US Non-IT sector. We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in sourcing and screening top talent for various business roles.

Job Scope:

This role involves driving results in a fast-paced environment, leveraging creative sourcing techniques, and building strong working relationships with management, peers, and candidates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment across various Non-IT Business Professional/Engineering roles in the US, with a proven track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including web search and social networking opportunities, to identify top talent.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client requirements.

• Collaborate with management and peers to drive business growth and improve processes.

• Create and maintain accurate records in our internal ATS system.

Required Skills:

• 5-7 years of work experience as a US Non-IT/Engineering recruiter, with at least 2 years of experience as a team lead.

• Strong technical expertise, with the ability to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the Non-IT sector.

• Experience working with computerized HR IT recruiter software and job boards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
