Role Overview:

As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead the recruitment strategy for top technology and product talent. This role entails full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing leadership hiring in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier engineering, product management, and leadership talent.
  • Build and manage proactive talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvements by analyzing complex data and optimizing hiring processes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand talent needs and design innovative recruitment solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably with corporate recruiting expertise and full life cycle recruiting knowledge.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels and drive business results through effective communication and partnership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis.
  • Ability to drive innovation and improvement in hiring processes, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness.
