Responsibilities:

Our HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting recruitment and selection processes
  • Managing employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Administering payroll and benefits
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and databases
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and laws
  • Providing support to management on HR-related matters
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
